Full Multi-Level Renovation - Downtown Oakville
My clients recently moved back to Canada and purchased a townhouse in downtown Oakville. The scope of work included full remodel of kitchen and 4 bathrooms, refacing of the fireplace, finishing of basement (including a custom dog shower) and installation of new hardwood flooring throughout. Custom millwork was completed for the kitchen, family room, basement and bar/servery. All new light fixtures were selected, the staircases were refinished and the home was completely painted from top to bottom. To complete this project, the decorating phase included new furnishings, window treatments and accessories.
Glen Abbey Bathroom and Flooring Renovation
This project involved updating and renovating several areas of the home. It began with a complete renovation of the master bath as well as the shared bathroom on the second floor. A redesign and overhaul of the centre staircase, installation of new hardwood laid in a custom herringbone pattern, and refinishing of the existing hardwood which transformed the home. We also identified and repaired a serious exterior water issue for this client.
Basement Living Space Renovation
My clients were eager to create a highly functional and warm basement living space to accommodate both parents visiting from overseas as well as a spot for movie and game watching for the entire family. The entire basement was remodelled and decorated to bring warmth and comfort to what was a dark and dingy space. A bathroom, bedroom and small kitchen were incorporated and the furniture purchased was ideal for the entire family to enjoy.
